Summer is here, the kids are bored…or playing on your phone or IPad…club memberships are expensive, parks are crowded,  friends are out of town, and you are beginning to grow restless yourself.  Emily thought of a great way to entertain at home.  Why not build a Bocci Ball court right in your backyard?  It’s a little time consuming, but well worth the work.  (And if you have extra sand, it’s great for filling in the holes your dog dug, sand tables for the younger children, and King of the Hill)!  The court can also double as a volleyball court, balance beam, and sandbox.  In a time when technology is taking over, it’s great to get back to the basics.  Whether it’s grilling, conversation around the firepit, or watching the children play tag, we love to get outside and enjoy the beauty of our surroundings and the weather.  The Boccci Ball court was the perfect addition to the outdoors.  And since we live across the street from eachother, Jimi, Bax, and I get to enjoy it, too.  Turn off the tv and get outside!
