Child Enrichment, Inc.. presents: Darkness to Light: Stewards for Children, Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Program on Thursday, September 13, 2012, at The KROC Center, 1833 Broad Street, Augusta, GA 30904
The Executive Director of Child Enrichment, Inc., Dan Hillman, LMSW, will present Darkness to Light from 1:30-4:30.
RESERVATION REQUIRED. PLEASE ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 1:20 P.M.
Darkness to Light’s Stewards of Children is a revolutionary Child Sexual Abuse Prevention training program which educates adults to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child sexual abuse, and motivates them to courageous action. The Stewards of Children program is designed for organizations that serve children and youth, as well as parents, or any adult interested in protecting children, Like YOU !
Over 17,500 children have received the services of Child Enrichment, the Child Advocacy Center & CASA Program. Last year, these specialized programs found safe permanent homes, provided counseling, forensic interviewing or court advocacy for 695 victims of child abuse and 342 non-offending parents, caregivers, and siblings along with providing expert testimony in prosecutions of alleged sex offenders.
